Returns Policy For iPad Cases Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a replacement, refund or credit.

Change Of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, iPad Cases Australia will offer you a replacement, refund or credit
You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
The item is in resaleable condition including that:
It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
It is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied iPad Cases Australia reserves the right not to offer you a replacement, refund or credit for change of mind returns.
Please note: The postage cost of the returned item will be at your expense and the refund given will be the total amount of your purchase minus the postage cost.
IPad Cases Australia will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or credit where:
The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description.
iPad Cases Australia reserves the right not to offer a replacement, refund or credit where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a replacement, refund or credit. This may result in a replacement, refund or credit being refused.
When emailing us regarding a product return please ensure you include images of the issue.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
